J will finally be getting the H1N1 vaccine this week. We originally planned to stand in line at the Health Dept tomorrow afternoon, but the school nurse called and said that they will be doing a special vaccine clinic at J's school on Friday for the high risk kids. J will definitely get the shot and we won't have to stand in line for hours.
J got a new pump on Friday with an updated door. The pump he had was notorious for the door flying off if it's pulled too hard. We had to exchange ours about a year ago for that reason. The new pump is so much quieter than the old one. I can't hear it running in the middle of the night now.
Tomorrow the Katie Beckett rep will be doing the bi-annual home visit to re-up J's Medicaid for the year. I had lots of paperwork to fill out and lots of copies to make, but we're all set now.
We're going to head up to the Dells for a mini vakay later this week. We could all use a little fun and relaxation!
Object du Jour: The Target toy flyer out of the paper on Sunday. J has just been pouring over it. He asked for a pen and he almost seemed to circle the things he likes. Or maybe he was just scribbling...
