I took J to Children's for the sensory eval yesterday. He was very cautious in the waiting room and was upset that the door was open. The therapist was really nice and was concerned about J's auditory, visual and tactile issues. We're going to starting with a two week intensive brushing and joint compression program. I will brush his arms, legs and back with a surgical brush every two hours while he's awake for two weeks. We'll see her weekly over the summer and also as a part of the feeding team. Here's to hoping we can get some of his issues resolved before JK in the fall.
